Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within Switzerland only.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping within Switzerland is CHF 6.90 per order, via Swiss Post.

Free shipping is available on all orders over CHF 50.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days depending on your location within Switzerland. 

Packaging
Every order is packed by hand with care. If you are ordering a gift, feel free to mention it in the order notes and we'll do our best to make it feel special.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Swiss Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at post.ch.

Issues with your order
If your order arrives damaged or you have not received it within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@flameshop.ch and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
